Standard Mental Health First Aid

Pre-work – None.

Offering – Strictly only in person.

Course – This course goes through how to provide mental health first aid for different mental health diagnosis.

Time Duration – This course goes for two days. Each day has two (2) three hour (3) blocks with a one hour (1) break in-between. The course content is six hours (6) each day and twelve hours (12) for the two days (2). With the two (2) one hours (1) breaks the course will go for a total of fourteen hours (14).

Prework – Participants have to complete compulsory e-learning modules before attending the live session.

Offering – Live session can be offered in person or online via MS Teams. Live session for in person is two hours (2) and online is two & a half hours (2.5).

Time – Five hours (5) if it is in person, or six hours (6) if it is online.
